Summit School District
Summit County is home to six elementary schools: two in Breckenridge, and one in each of the following areas: Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, and Summit Cove. Children attend elemetary school from kindergarden through 5th grade. The Summit Middle School is located in Frisco, and includes 6th, 7th and 8th grades. The Summit High School, located at Farmers Korner (halfway between Breckenridge and Frisco) includes 9th through 12 grades.
